Hey people is there anyone here from the UK possibly in and around the west yorkshire area Leeds, Wakefield etc etc .
Do you know any accessible rooftops/high points that i could get onto to get some good shots and timelapses?
Oh and any in Newcastle and London?
 
from Newcastle here, I have shot footage from the windows of a tall shop before with permission, but that was only a few seconds. I would say ask around office buildings, they are likely to have the time to let you use their roof.
 
I'm not anywhere near the UK, but I'm passionate about photography and "high up" views in general. When I did a series of rooftop photos I had a link to my previous (similar) work on my phone, and would ask people straight up for permission to do this in their building. Once I showed my previous work, 9 times out of 10 I got approval.
