RIP video - Help needed

Hi guys,

A friend of mines friend passed away yesterday :(

She has asked me to make a video celebrating her life in pictures and a few videos.

Does anyone know of any videos I can get some inspiration from?

My friend doesn't want the video to be sad. She wants it to be happy and celebrating her life.

a slide show with a fitting song would be the way to go maybe from an artist that she enjoyed?..unfortunately it is such a sad occasion that no matter what on the day it is viewed it will be a tear jerker. but when looking back on it years down the road it should be looked at with fond memories. my condolences. hopefully you mange to figure out a proper combination

i only know Wrestling video packges that you could draw inspiration from... while they are sad they do manage to capture the life of the person it was intended for.

This is my friend's first ever video he did for his business... (he claims my GoPro videos are what inspired him lol). He made it for our friend who's dog suddenly died at 4 years old. Maybe this will help as he tried to make it a happy video.

Sorry for the loss of your friend BTW. It sucks losing friends especially at a young age, I actually posted to my friend's Facebook page yesterday who died 2 years ago, every time I hear Skeptic by Slipknot it makes me think of him so I posted that song to his wall... He was only 29 when he died... He was my best friend back in high school, so many memories with him... He's the one I snuck into the Southpark movie with at 16 years old, every time I watch Southpark it also reminds me of him.

I even saw the RA the Rugged Man posted about Rowdy on Twitter. Here's his song about his dad's death from Agent Orange

Perhaps my engagement video on my channel may give you a few editing style ideas? I recorded myself flicking through a blank book and text and images would appear. i used that to mark the next chapter in our life.

It can work in the same way for your friend with reading a story of their life maybe?
You can have family and friends say loving words and have them appear on the pages. It would make a very heart felt keep sake in reminder of your friend
