Review the background music

Could you review and give me a feedback about my video? What do you think about using 3 background soundtrack, should i stay with only 1?

First of all, super intense video, it got me pumped up. I thought the first transition with the background music was solid but the second one at 2:59 was a bit abrupt. But I think overall changing the background music was appropriate
