Since the title is "Review my channel" Im going to review it.
-You need something for your channel art
-Your icon is really squished (You should make a custom one)
-Put up some vids maybe?
-Set up the about column
-Polls? Seriously? Since you havent actually done anything yet, you may want to scrap it, Polling dosent seem like it would be the most popular idea...
