I've Got It
I would like someone to review my youtube channel and tell me what I can do (other than the obvious-high quality videos, promoting it on social networks, annotations, good tags, title, description I am already aware about) to gain more daily views on my channel- maybe some channel setting I didn't select or don't have or something like that- thanks! :)
 
Maybe don't put your name in the beginning of the title. If you want your username in the title, move it to the end.

Well your stuff looks good and you have a ton of subscribers... so you must be doing something that has caught there eye.. You have a ton of views but it is odd that you have 40,000 subs and our video's all get about 2000 views.. You got to do something to get those subs more active.
 
I did sub4sub early on but stopped 6 months ago- it's just a number to me anymore- judge me based on my content, not a bunch of numbers- seriously. :)
