Hi guys, I am a new youtuber (only posted 3 videos as of now) and was just wondering what I should fix to bring more traffic to my channel.
I already love what I'm posting already and I do it for fun but I'd love to make it more
enjoyable.
I know I'll definitely need to make a new banner but apart from that advice would be appreciated.

It's a bit generic, take the time and make the banner more you to get yourself some sort of character.

as for vlogs i'm not that much a big fan of them but they have been shown to be popular. Either keep going at it if you like it or try out something else that goes with your taste. There's a fanbase for everything
 
I liked on your Rose Makeup video you showed a silly picture of yourself instead of the usual beauty guru posing for the camera thing. It shows you don't take yourself too seriously, I felt like you had a good ~vibe~ right off the bat.
 
I think the idea is simple but that's what makes it good. There's nothing wrong with starting off simple, and then improving as you make more, that's called growth! So I looked at your rose makeup video.. Are u using a lot of tags? That might help towards views.. Try making the title a bit more persuasive also. Maybe try talking segments at the beginning of the video to explain what u are going to do, what inspired u to do this.. and how much u appreciate the support etc. It adds a human element. Keep it up! There is definitely a community who like this stuff.. so keep working.

I am a believer that you should start with your best, since you only get one time for a good first impression. It gave me a WTF moment seeing the distorted face at the beginning. I just thought of this! Show the finished product for a sec and rewind super fast with a rewind sound and then start!
 
Mmmm i partially agree with @elPepin - i prefer a good finished look at the beginning cause it sets the mood for me but thats only in regards to videos that are concerned with makeup looks.

I also prefer if you did something to your thumbnails to make them look more appealing :3 and prefer people talking in vlogs x..x but thats probably personal preference. Anyway, pleased to meet you and hope everything goes as you hope ^^
 
Just checked out your channel, apart from what you already said about the banner, it's not looking to bad. Maybe just try adding a bit more to thumbnails so they stand out and promote your channel across all sources of social media.

I'm a new channel and have less subs then you.. So not sure if my comment really stands for advice but I hope it helps!
