Hey Triple Res!
You have every single tool to become an awesome YouTube channel. You're literally missing nothing. Your name is memorable, your channel art is really pretty and utilities bright colours effectively, and your audio/video quality are above average too! You guys have an entertaining vibe about you, and I really enjoy the production value of each video. I checked out your 'Super Mario 3D World' series, and can see your guys' confidence getting better as you upload each episode. The light-hearted tone of your casual conversations are relaxing to hear, and I would find it really easy to listen to a podcast from you guys.
The one thing that I would work on is the thumbnails, your channel art/icon/intro show that you have graphical talent, and I believe a style that reflects your content/style more accurately would benefit you in attracting your target audience. I imagine your type of channel having thumbnails that replicate the Yogscast's style;
Colours and very noticable text can be really beneficial, especially for party games (which seems to be your type of content)! That's just the one thing that I would personally change about the channel, but otherwise, you guys are really entertaining - and have earned a subscriber in me!
