Make logo, banner and thumbnails follow the same design.
Add information about your content to the banner.
Probably get yourself a lavalier or shotgun mic to improve on audio quality.
Start your videos with a teaser before the intro.
Use a more catchy phrase than "Previous Video" in your end card to make people really click that link.
Also let the end card play over your last words so that people don't click right away as it starts.
