Review my channel?

I've been youtube for around 2 years now but only seriously over the last 6 months. I've been improving on my channel art and such however I want to know what people think about my channel.

Please be as harsh as possible as I want to improve. Please review me on these:

• Channel Art - Banner, Icon and Thumbnails
• Video Quality and Audio Quality
• Channel Layout (with my playlists on the front page)
• Entertainment
• Commentary
• Anything else you can think of.

  • Banner is fantastic!
  • Make the text bigger in your thumbnails otherwise very nice!
  • Cool icon
• Video Quality and Audio Quality
  • you have good editing
  • Video quality is good
  • Audio is ok but could be better
• Channel Layout (with my playlists on the front page)
  • Good to see people using the "Channel one" layout, it really looks the best.
• Entertainment
  • I thought it was good, maybe talk more and edit out the silence
• Commentary
  • Talk more, be more animated and try to stay away from talking in one tone
• Anything else you can think of.
  • I think you got talent, keep going!
