RPM ( $ per thousand views) is 8% higher in Jan-Feb 2019 than in Jan-Feb 2018.
That’s highly doubtful, because that limits YouTube’s revenue as well. They don’t get paid if you don’t get paid. It’s not like they get to keep all of the advertiser’s money and just not show ads. They only get paid when ads are shown and they have plenty of incentive to do so.I think youtube keeps you at the certain earnings bracket - if ads pay more then they just give you less views
