Revenue drop since July started, is this normal?

So, this is my first July since I got partnered in last August, I'm noticing a daily drop in revenue compared to June despite the number of views being the same (something along the line of 25-30% less in earnings), is this normal? Like what happens in January after December but in a smaller scale?

CPM always drops after the end of a quarter (due to ad budgets being reset), Q2 ended with the end of June.

CPM will stay low for most of this month and then start rising again until the end of September (Q3)
 
Stop say bullshits. CPM is divided by 2 for 2015. It's a very bad year. CPM is lower maybe because there are too many videos.

What I have noticed is a drop in true view in-stream ads (which pay good) and an increase in normal display ads (they pay very little). does this have anything to do with the quarters you mentioned?[DOUBLEPOST=1436198097,1436197978][/DOUBLEPOST]
