you'll need to purchase a license for the song if you want to monetize it..and also take out the "retard" in the title, its politically incorrect and you can receive a lot of bad reviews and slack for it.. you could be banned from youtube also...they take that stuff seriously.....just be safe than sorry :)

Nah im keeping it i dont think they would do that as it is a joke and if they give me a warning or something i will

To be clear on this, If you keep it up (Not monetize it, just keep it up) - you run the risk of getting a copywrite strike which will make your channel basically branded with the Scarlet letter. Your channel will /never/ be able to get network approval and probably would ban your adsense account (you only get one adsense license for life, they will not issue another).

If you monetize it, you additionally open yourself up to monetary liability.

Using music that is not yours, with out permission, is not something to play with - in my opinion.

I searched it said not copyrighted thats the reason i used it

Sure. I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything. It's your choice and I am not mad at you if you keep it. It's just alot of new youtubers will do things that will completely ostracize their channel. They generally do it very innocently. So I only care about your understanding of possible consequence. It's generally unlikely that you would receive a strike at such a low count on subs.. But anything is possible. Cheers and good luck on being the next RWJ ;)
