Reserved Media Buy ads?

So, in the Ad Performance report tab there are earnings reported as "reserved", and in the help section of YT it says
  1. Reserving a placement on the site through a YouTube Sales Representative or DoubleClick MediaVisor. This is called a Reserved Media Buy.

Then, is it correct to assume that all my Fullscreen earnings are collected under those kind of advertisement (except the Gorilla campaigns of course)? But what is it Doubleclick Mediavisor?

Do you have any idea of the average percentage of the total taken by Doubleclick inside the reserved media buys? Really trying to figure out how much Fullscreen impacts on my total earnings with their own ad sales team but seems hard to obtain even ballpark figures :eek:
 
I don't know the ins and outs of it unfortunately. That said, I personally view networks not providing that detail on demand to be contract termination worthy. They rely on Google's nebulous algorithms to hide just how much actually benefit they are providing, often enough.
