Request To Unlink Button Help

Im with Fullscreen and trying to beat them into submission to unlink my channel from their network and the 'Request To Unlink' button isnt on my Channel-Status & Features page. I emailed Fullscreen to request they unlink my channel but of course refuse to, even though they acknowledge they do nothing for my channel except take a revenue split and give me access to such great apps not available anywhere else.
I would like to become a nuisance and get out of this pathetic contract so I can go to a network that actually cares about giving the tools AND knowledge to help a channel grow, instead of giving a crap ONLY about revenue splits.
Any ideas on what I can do to bother them enough to get out of this contract?

If you are in lock-in type contract for certain time then there are few ways to leave, hire pro lawyer which will find legal way for you out of them or prove that you were under 18 years old (considering parents/guardians were not involved ) when you signed contract which would make it not valid.

The request to unlink button is nothing more than a notification to the claiming entity that you wish to be released. It is used towards the end of a contract to indicate renewal is declined. If you're within the term of the contract, they'd just deny the unlink request anyways because.. .well... it's a contract.

I'm actually with Fullscreen right now, they seems fine ... but after reading your post.. God, I feel uncomfortable :C
They are a pile of garbage as a network unless you are family friendly AND have a giant sub base. They horde youtube channels and do nothing to help the smaller channels in ANY way.[DOUBLEPOST=1424816642,1424816480][/DOUBLEPOST]

Thats why I just want to harass them. I did sign a horibly s****y contract and thats my fault but at what point do I stop taking it up the butt? I work my a** off to grow my channel and give them 15% of my earnings for doing nothing. Id give all 85% of my split to get some help in optimization, knowledge and a lil promotion.

There's no way you can get out early. I was in Fullscreen before and tried everything to get out early but couldn't. They even kept me locked in for 3-4 days after the contract was over. There's also very large youtubers here like UberDanger and markkaz that used to be Fullscreen and also wait until the contract was over in order to leave. There's no way to leave early, you just have to wait it out.

Having said that, I've been in 3 different networks and none of them have done anything to help me in any way. Unless your channel is extremely big, every network just wants your money without having to do anything.

@Pervert Pete So what's your next plan after you've got out from Fullscreen? Stick with Adsense? Or another network?

Also the button's still here on my channel

Thats true for most but not all, as Ive talked to some of my friends who are large and medium size channels and theres 2 which actually give the knolege and tools to help make the channels optimized and grow, which only makes sense since views=revenue. Fullscreen hoards channels so they dont need to give a crap about helping to build up channels.[DOUBLEPOST=1424884798,1424884457][/DOUBLEPOST]
He'll end up back here after signing another network contract complaining about how they aren't promoting or helping him grow.
Actually, Ive been in talks with a couple of my friends who have bigger youtube channels and their talent manager, who actually works with them on a weekly basis in many different areas in regards to youtube, and he would like to recruit my channel, which is why Id like to leave fullscreen. I wasnt complaining, I was asking for help but obviously you just a b***h who thinks he knows everything. Thanks for your help buddy :)
