Hello my name is Edward, I'm getting back to my Youtube channel after a non well deserved break.
I'm looking for a five 3-5 second intro videos in a cartoon-y art style, one generic outro video to be used at the end of all my videos to link to other videos. As well as the banner and avatar for the channel.
I'm looking for something close to this art style in the attached picture (courtesy of Nitrome.com), to be used for a random almost unrelated joke to the videos they're meant for.
The price range I'm looking to spend in the few hundreds of dollars, and arguably more based on quality and quantity. However this means with so much money I'm willing to throw down I may be somewhat picky with the quality of the work presented to me, to that I apologize I just want to be sure I'm getting something close to what I want.
However I'm certainly open to other art styles, as long as it's something cartoon-y, fun, colorful, and in simple design.
I'm still roughly coming up with the jokes in the intro videos, while I've a few ideas, I'd also like to figure out what works best with the artist with a no immediate time frame.
Also I don't have a paypal account, I've tried to set one up but was denied (Credit problems), yet if you're still interested I'm confident we can work something out.
This channel is something I'm very adamant about creating a professional channel, I may come off rude, and to that I am sorry.

Could you explain what you would ideally like the intro to be like? Can't really get an idea of if i can do it or not based on what you've said.

Like a short cartoon instead of a intro graphic with channel name, 3 to 5 seconds.
For example I do a few movie reviews so the intro for that could be; open on silhouette of a man in a movie theater with a fire man on the screen battling a fire in a burning building, cut to the man alone in the theater wearing 3d glasses with the theater around on fire entranced in the movie, back to the silhouette where he says "I feel like I'm there!" and on the movie screen it says Film Review. However I'm not partial to any joke or cartoon style, the intro could just be a large caterpillar eating a chocolate bar, dropping it, and cutting to the chocolate bar saying the words Film Review.
The style could be anything from pixelated to bubbly disney-esk cartoon, but I would like to find something close to the picture above.

I'm confident that I'm your man for your multiple intro projects. I can do graphic design, however it's not my best quality - I suggest finding a different artist for video - for design - for illustration.
