Renegotiating RevShare split possible? [Fullscreen is getting far too much]

Gonna keep it short & sweet, has Fullscreen ever renegotiated a contract with a partner for the RevShare split? They are getting a LOT of money off my channel now & the amount is definitely not worth the tools & features they offer..

What percentage? It's always possible towards the end of your contract if they want you to renew, unlikely during it.

they get 30%. Once the contract is up i'll be going directly through Adsense, but I would like to hopefully until then get to keep more of my earnings as this is slowly becoming a full time job for me and Fullscreen don't really offer enough to be getting a couple hundred weekly out of me.

Well, RPM/Maker Gen told me to renew with them with 70/30 before. Just tell them 30 days prior to your contract ending that you'd be leaving unless you get larger cut.

The only way to convince a group to give you a better revenue share will also be to renew your contract immediately as well. Why would they give you a better share if they don't have to? If you're going AdSense, they have no incentive to change the contract terms, but if you offer to renew for another two years now, for a higher rev share, then it could happen.

They would be missing out on quite a fair bit of revenue if they lost my channel.

I'm going through the same s**t friend, signed on (a different network) getting 60/40 split on average - got suckered in early on with a long term. Thankfully I'm nearing the end + have some clout. So you're not alone on wanting to renegotiate. Some of my colleagues have renegotiated with ~six months to spare, it really depends on what you're carrying.

5 figures annually so I definitely have some pulling power
