Hey guys
I record using an Elgato Game Capture HD. The original file when produced looks great, seamless 60 fps with clear quality. Then I edit it in Sony Vegas and render the video as an mp4. But when I upload it to youtube, it's obvious some the quality has decreased allot.
I know Youtube does decrease the quality somewhat at least from what i've heard. But from the rendered video compared with the original, there does seem to be minor blurring on the rendered than the original. When I record with Elgato sometimes it does say its recording in 1080p so that might have a factor since i primarily render in 720.
Here are my settings, project properties however I noticed were set to NTSC 720x486 and I just changed it to 1280x720, but render properties I had always had it as .mp4 1280x720 and 60 fps
was wondering on any tips to increase video quality on render with vegas.
Thanks.
