Render settings?

Hey guys, was wondering is there a render setting that works perfect (1080p, small file size) or do you have to either have bad quality and a s small file or 1080p and a large file

These are my preferred render settings. And my videos are 3-5mins long like songs and videos usually take up like 300MB.

Oh yeah if you do 60fps it will definitely be alot bigger size. Twice bigger i believe? makes sense since u got twice more frames to render.
