Services remove grain and noise from video

Is removing grain or noise from videos something you guys would pay for? I know a lot of low light videos and low budget cameras tend to produce artifacts. Thoughts?

There are already plenty of denoise plugins/software etc so yes, some people will pay for it.

I was speaking as a service. The plugins are often 100+ dollars. As it would be cheaper to an individual that way.

I guess the next question would be Cost per minute for the service?
