Remind me again about the worst month for cpm

hello guys/girls,

any ideas when is the bad/worst month for monetizing and CPM , i know its definitely on january after all the spike during november and december but i'm curious about the drop on september and october which is more worsen than january. maybe it have something to do with my MCN which is Union for Gamers.
