Remaining adsense balance

Is there a way to get the remaining balance out of your adsense account? I've had money in there for almost a year that won't be paid out because I joined a network. Anyway to get it out?

If it is over $10 you can contact them and ask them to close the account and it will be paid out to you.

If under $10 there is no method that I know of.

Great that's what I needed to know. Is there an email or phone number you request this at? Also if I go without a network in the future can it be reinstated? Thanks Shane.
