Reluctant to Make Projects?

I am currently reluctant to work on some projects I have thought up of.
The reason for this is because I feel I do not have the equipment or time currently to create these.

I wanna know what should I do? by equipment I mean a decent mic camera and PC to edit. *Mac Users go lick a lama* <3

I just read your channel type thing on the left. Master of all trades, I see!

For games, a PC with a good graphics card and processor is pretty essential.
