If it's the one you uploaded Dec 3rd, I can see why it lost monetization. You are basically focusing on canine sex in a backyard situation, which equals semi-inappropriate content which may be placed behind the YouTube age gate. Your thumbnail is of a scantily clad human female rear end; your thumbnail has no relation to the video itself, so you've probably been hit for misleading metadata too.I'm have had a IC strike against my channel recently, and the rules are so vague I can't figure out what the heck I have done. I removed said IC video, and edited a few things out that may offend 2 people in the world. I just wanted to reduce the size of my equation by editing. Then I re- uploaded the demon (IC) video, and it has been going strong for about 2 weeks now. Now for the mystery: My most popular video that has been running strong for about a month now has all of sudden stopped monetizing. WTH!!!!

By he way, what is an IC video or an IC strike?
As you have VIP, you could have linked the affected video in your post; this would have gotten you a response more quickly. Glad I could help! Finally!!!!!! I am getting some feedback from my questions, thank you UKHypnotist. IC = inappropriate content..
