Regarding Posting on my Featured Layout

Hey, guys! I just switched to the new featured layout for my channel (should have done that a longgg time ago >_>). Anyway, is it possible to still post to my subscribers when I've switched to the Featured layout? I can't find it.

Also, could you take a look at my channel and tell me if I need to improve any part of of it like my logo, or description? Maybe the background or something, or there's too many featured playlists?
