Okay so I am redoing EVERYTHING. My channel art that I have now is absolutely gorgeous thank you to the people who did it, but I am always in need of something new. I wanna change it again
So I need-

Intro (animated)
Outro (animated)

I want a cartoony funny look to everything on my channel.

So payment-
shoutout, channel box, YTTcash and anything else that don't involve real cash!

Well there's always room for improvement
I just like to keep things fresh on my channel and my own Photoshop skills are not capable of doing so.

Branding isn't about keeping things fresh, it's more to do with creating a consistent image people can identify you with. So if your branding assets are 'gorgeous' I wouldn't go changing them

I just don't see the point; and also were you wanting someone to do one of each of these or were you hoping for the majestic branding fairy to come do everything because for the payment, I don't see how a person is going to do intro, outro (animated) new banner, new avatar, unless he / she is REALLY bored today XD

No I just put that there, and the person did what they could do, and I payed them appropriately. I don't expect anyone to do all of it

That makes more sense, but then adds the problem of a lack of consistency in how you are going to be branded. For example, one person's image of a cartoony Banner for you might be completely different from the avatar. Or your intro etc. It would be pretty annoying for the creators and you alike to have to get them all on the same page in terms of exactly what you want; especially when they aren't actually getting cash from the endeavor.

What I want to happen is for one person to do something. And then the person who wants to do the other thing base it off of the other person's thing and so on and so forth.
