A free well almost free is you double click the share button to start recording, when you are done you click the share button 1 time and then press square. Then you go to the home screen and click on capture gallery. Your video should be in there. You can upload it strait from your ps4 or you can plug in a usb hard drive, save you video to the usb by going to the video you want, click options, and push copy to usb device. then when it is done you plug the usb into your computer and you can edit the video or upload the video from your computer
