Recording in HD with external Mic.

Hi guys!
I want to make my vide blogs in HD. So i bought an HD webcam. I also have an external USB Mic.

My problems are

• If i use Windows Moviemaker to record, i can use the external mic but it does not support HD record resolution.
• If i use Life Cam Studio which the cam came with, i can record HD but it does not support the external mic.

Someone suggested to use a separate audio recorder to record the audio and then sync it, but it seems like alot of extra work! How can i record in HD with my mic?

Syncing audio isn't a lot of work. It is if you keep stopping the audio recording. So you could consider to keep shooting have one clap. And sinc that clap. then the audio is sinc. After that link the audio and video and cut everything out you don't need.

Its too much work. I dont want to sync audio. The mic i have delivers what i need. All i need is a recording software that supports HD recording AND usb mic. Thanks anyway.
