Hey guys, my recent capture card broke, it was like £35 and it last 8 months so I was happy with the return, but now I want to start youtube properly I want a good decent capture card. I have a samllish budget maximum £60, and which I can buy from a store (UK) has anyone got any good decent capture cards that they think I should buy, if you can comment below. Thanks[DOUBLEPOST=1371886459,1371886407][/DOUBLEPOST]

I know HD PVR are the best but I only have 20 subs so I don't want to spend loads and it not pay off

Game capture hd its the best in my opinion but it is like $100 dollars so your pretty close. Also even though you have 20 subs think of it like this if you have good equipment now you wont have to worry about purchasing it later. Also in having good gear you are more likely to be subbed to because you have quality content rather than someone who has a okay capture card. Look at my signature vid it was captured using the game capture hd.

HD PVR isn't really the best anymore. Sadly, my HD PVR broke recently (kinda my fault not theirs, cba to type it out).

I would say that elgato is a great recorder, but not in your budget. Perhaps a Dazzle would suit your needs and price.

Is a dazzle good though and how does it set up?

Depends on the dazzle. My old one didn't record in HD, but with my render settings, it outputted it to 720p on YouTube. A little color correction and decent settings, and you'll be all good. It was just standard cables, although I am sure you can get an HD Dazzle now. Mine was the Pinnacle Dazzle.

a capture card for 35 bucks?!
i didnt even knew that existed  i though all decent cards where at least somewere in between 80 to 100 bucks.
