Recording and exporting question

We currently use a HDPVR 2 gaming edition to record our games and use Pinnacle Studio 15 i think to edit them. However its not making the videos in the right resolution. Anyone have any advice on how to get things up to speed and/or improve the quality of videos? All feedback is welcome

Not sure what you mean by speed up. But what program are you recording in. Editing programs don't change the video file.

It says 1920 x 1080, says it records in HD but it comes out choppy and sometimes the video is miss sized

Could I get a few more details? Maybe a screenshot? Or at least codec, resolution, etc.

Well your input device is in 480p. How do you expect to make a 480p image record at 1080p?

Good point! So if im on this screen any idea as what to do? I dont wanna mess anything up

You need to change your video quality on whatever console you're on.
