Record PS4 with HD PVR 1212? (looking for converter)

I've Got It
I'm looking for any kind of converter that will successfully transcode the PS4's HDMI to an analog component output that the HD PVR 1212 can use without having any sort of issues.
I have found some converters that work but have some sort of bug with them, mostly the screen being shifted too far to one or the other side of the screen and thus it is cut off. This
may be a minor problem, but seeing as how i want to record gameplay it is a major turn off (aesthetically). If anyone can find a converter that can do this with no issue i will "love you long time" XD

Remember...
the converter must be HDMI to component not the other way around
I need to convert the PS4's HDMI (input on the converter) to component for the PVR (output on the converter)

PS. Try keeping it under $60 if possible

Dude unfortunately people like MuzzaFuzza and Ali-A have been having issues with this as well. It is only solved by switching to an Elgato Game Capture HD. That was how they fixed their problems. I know money can be tight but it appears the HD PVR and the PS4 are not compatible formats.
