Just make sure you do the drawing for the game on-camera so they can see that it's purely random and there are no hard feelings.

I don't give anything to my subs! Once I hit 400 (if it ever happens) I may do a "hey subs, kiss my a**!" video!

I would maybe instead invite them to an online gaming session maybe? Have you and your subs play against or with each other online. That would be pretty cool
