Dear All

I would like to share my recent experience with REC Studios.TV aka Grace Network

My monthly earnings shown is 1048 Dollars and the same is show in the payment history in REC Studios and also they agreed this amount after deducting all their deductions

Now the story begins with Paypal

I received an amount of 945 dollar

I asked them why this difference is occurred and they were saying some unacceptable stories like the said below
their Reply as follows...............................

Hello,

AdSense pays RECStudios in EUR and uses the exchange rate of the 28th of the month during which the earnings were generated. However, AdSense pays out on the 25th of the following month. This leaves 4 weeks of currency exchange rate risk exposure. During the months you were referring to below,

the USD had lost in value versus the USD and this causes the discrepancy between what you expected to receive in USD and what you actually received on your account.

We are making very good progress with a solution though!

RECStudios is now in the process of setting up a US AdSense account, so that RECStudios can be paid out by AdSense in USD. The shift from the European PayPal account to the new US PayPal account is also part of the same process aimed at eliminating currency risks for our channel partners.

We apologise for the inconvenience. You will not face this problem again.

Can anybody please explain what are they trying to say

this post is just help to others who dont know about REC Studios
 
Sounds pretty scammy to me..

Any loss on conversion is up to them, they should still payout exactly what you are owed, minus maybe the 2% PayPal fees.
 
No they already told that
the amount shown in the dash board is the amount after all deductions considering

you can check their reply and apologize something like that

In order to convert Euros into US dollars, there is a conversion rate. The conversion rate is constantly changing day to day. Some days one US dollar is worth more than other days and vice-versa.

What they are saying is the following:
They were paid in Euros on the 28th of some month. At that time, the amount they received in Euros would have been equivalent to $1048.
They then sent that amount of Euros to you on the 25th of the next month and the Euros were converted to US dollars. So within the time they received the money and the time they sent it to you, the Euro to US dollar conversion rate went up. The cost of one US dollar therefore became a little more expensive in that time.

Hopefully for your sake they do set up a US based AdSence account.

Congratulations on the earnings though. :)

Do you mind if I ask what benefit you get from a network?

The same goes for every MCN out of the US, the difference being they do not charge the conversion fees to partners.

and your explanation on the issue

regarding benefits this is one of the most fraud network I ever seen in my youtube career and I home nobody will join this stupid network in future
they trapped me to enter their network for trail period of one month

then after 15 days I requested to unlink and they told you have been signed a contract for one year while joining and agreeing our terms of the contract

Surprisingly I don't know when I have signed a contract and I asked them about this

they simply told joining our network itself is a contract and we never gives a trail period or testing period etc.. like other networks

I shocked to see this message from them

Now they were keep on rejecting my channel unlink requests because my channel is in a good earning position

Now I don't have any option and I have to continue this spam network
