To my understanding yes, but I haven't crosschecked it back to YT analytics myself so I'm not 100% sure.

Edit: I look at the Views and they don't match up, views in adsense is much higher than views in YT. So maybe it's a combination of things like a combination of how many times an ad slot was "consulted" (I mean if an ad marker was triggered at the start or during the video regardless of whether the ad actually ran) and includes ads on the suggested slot or separate ads on desktop too. The impressions are likely to be the amount of times an ad was shown, either during video roll or on the suggested slot?
Whatever it is, the adsense overview does give a good impression on how the day is progressing vs the previous days so that you know if the revenue is higher or lower.

There seems to be lots of issues around recently, I've noticed some video comment notifications not alerting and none at all via the google homepage.

I had this problem to, i didn't get any comment notification (wether is spam comment or not, is same) on my YT Studio apps, the notification only appears on my desktop web page. You're right, theres a lot of issues, i also cannot upload my custom thumbnail before finishing upload progress. The upload thumbnail button disappear, this issue just solved a moment ago. [emoji26]
