Hi Friends,

I started my channel two months back and I'm literally stuck with 10 Subscribers since then. Could you please help me increase my Subscribers and views count by sharing your thoughts and experiences. That would really help me to know audience better and to give them better than usual.

Thanks in advance for your assistance, time and Help.

Well as a channel with only 3 subs (So I'm not sure if my opinion is worth anything right now lol) Are you promoting and networking your channel? I find that us new Youtubers really need to scratch and claw for views and subs.

Hi Bounce, Thanks much for your time.
I think I am neither promoting nor networking my channel. Could you please let me know what exactly to do for this? Thanks in advance

Are you commenting on other videos in your genre?
It's a nice way to be noticed by watching similar videos and commenting on something you actually seen in the video. Don't do it in a spammy manner.

You're doing it right now by being active on this forum :) But I would join as many message boards as possible and participating in other similar youtuber's videos via commenting or collaboration

Nope. I don't comment on other videos. I think that I may end up spamming, that's the reason.

I feel you bro. Have the same problem. I started a few years ago, uploaded 4 videos. Basically no views besides a few friends. So I gave up.
Restarted again, same results.
I guess there are so many youtubers publishing so much content every minute that there are much more creators then the actual audience.
I guess you shouldn't start a new channel if you're looking for viewers. Do it if you really enjoy the process and don't expect any rewards for it, besides your own fun while working on the video.
