Really good but easy to use animation program?

I want to create a promo video for my bro's company which now has a pretty large user base. (it's based in ny right now)

Are their any programs that can make a simple character move his eyes, etc. While cool text his flying into the screen?

You could do that with microsoft powerpoint if you made the character separately.

Also my suggestion is Anime Studio; it's the easiest software I use. After Effects is better but it is a lot more expensive and can be difficult unless you're willing to watch a few tutorial videos. Actually I think Adobe might have released their older software for free. ONLY USE THEIR OFFICIAL SITE FOR "FREE" STUFF.

Anyway: (Smith Micro) Anime Studio or (Adobe) After Effects if you can get it.

I'll go with Power point as i have much more experiance with it
