Realization and Solutions

Hey again!!! I hope you all are well.
I want to share something with you that I've realized about my channel.
I have 880 subs, which is overwhelmingly awesome.
However, my views are low in comparison. Like... 50-100 views per video in average.
I've realized that most of my subscribers aren't active because they were only interested in a person I interviewed.
So, my question is- how do you build an audience that is true to your creative expression?
Usually my creative funny videos don't get lots of views.

Well, I guess its just time and waiting around. Use those analytics to improve your creative expression. If you think you can get away with 25/30 minute video's and your audience only watches the first 4, that says something.

It also says something that you got so many subscribers for just doing an interview video (I'm not trying to downplay it, I know how much thought and work can go in to an interview). It might be a good idea to make some more of those since clearly, they love it :)

Try keeping the videos short, sweet, and funny? If you can make the first 7-10 seconds really good, you'll capture your viewers' attention for the remainder of the video. Everyone has a very short attention span these days.
