Hi,
I was thinking if reading Story Books Aloud on youtube is a copyright violation? Thou I do not understand the exact meaning of Fair use!!

If the book is not within the public domain, it is copyright violation -- you do not own the audio rights to the book.

(Fair use would not apply to reading a full story book).

The vast majority of YouTubers are extremely mistaken about Fair Use. Just because you see a video that's up doesn't mean it's legitimate.

From a practical consideration, the question is whether a copyright owner is going to take action. For copyrighted works in Content ID (some music, a lot of video clips), this will happen automatically. But for works that aren't in content ID, the only way that action could be taken is if the copyright owner manually issued a strike. Not everyone is checking youtube to see if their copyright is being infringed, so infringing videos can stay up for a long time without being taken down. But there is always that risk.

Hmm... I understand that after going thru some of the posts in this forum. However I have asked for permission from the publisher's. Lets see If I can get a go ahead.. without much of a hassle.

If you can, that would be great!

However, typically, audio publishing rights are normally negotiated for a lot of money, so I don't know if they would be OK with letting someone use those rights for free.

I think it would be,not for Free... But have to negotiate if the prices are negotiable, And it would be per book... So will have to see if at all they would be reasonable in first place.
