React videos...

Hey there! I've been having some video ideas and I thought of doing react videos but I'm scared of the copyright issues they might bring... is there a way for that not to happen or to get permition or something? Like, how do people like Grace Helbig or The Fine Brothers do it?
 
The fine bros are famous, rules bend when you are famous and bringing money.

Also i have a theory that they use only videos that are licensed to be "copied" and used again, as you can see all of their videos have parodies, remixes, reactions etc.

Just don't react to professional music videos, & you are probably safe :-]

Yeah, I figured that too which is a shame... How do I know if it's a video I can use though?? Like... is it okay to react to movie trailers?
 
Well not all of them, i saw a buttload of people react to movie trailers with no consequence, and others who just mentioned them and got taken down.

This copyright thing is so confusing.

make a second channel and post it. if you get no 3rd party stuff you should be fine

Yeah, it seems very confusing... I'm just afraid of screwing up and getting a strike or something... maybe I should just not do it...
