So I found this headset on amazon and it seems pretty good, and from a good bramd too ots.only 80 dollars which is nice; thoughts?

Its a great mic and I would definitely suggest getting it. But you can probably find a better deal then that tbh. Mine was 80$ from best buy so thats a pretty avarage price.

I like the Razer Blackshark. It's the one I use, and I absolutely love it. Though I'm not sure what it's like compared to the Kraken. Anyways, it does have a good mic from the reviews I've seen, so I'd buy it, if you can find it for cheaper.

I have two items of interest on this topic of discussion.

First of all, when you buy a headset that appears obviously designed to look really cool, avoid it because the tech inside is not worth the price.

Second, Razor earned a lifetime boycott from me for releasing mice that require DRM based drivers.

If you want a good headset with a good mic, buy something from Sennheiser.
