Does updating your thumbnail pic lag for you? sometimes it takes mine weeks to update...
 
Yeah already discussed in another topic - It takes a while for Youtube to update to update for the uploader (you) ... for everyone else it will be instant. If you clear your cache it will probably show up. Its just old local files being stored.
