Hi, When will I get paid? Look these screens:

At a quick glance, if you earned over $5 for that month, you will receive your payment within 30 days after the end of that calendar month. It says usually between the 15th - 27th each month.
 
so I should have already paid for the month of September? now we are in November and I have just given the statistics for the month of October and now its $ 7
 
Contact them and ask them what's going on, maybe there is am issue or something. Have you set a payment threshold or something?

Typically with most MCNs you have to meet a threshold of $50 in order to receive payment. I can't open your link from my phone but that is what I would assume is the problem
 
If your contract says $50, then you must wait until you reach $50. Contact support if you see different. Nobody here is partnered with them so we cannot help you further then that.
 
We cannot contact them on your behalf, they will not give us permission to discuss your account for a start. Just email their support team.
