Quizgroup do not respond, Scam?

is for weeks that I try to contact quizgroup via their email but no response. I tried writing that I would be out of the network and they said to check if paypal is not limited but it is not. and no longer have responded. I have everything in order with paypal and appearance of the miserable money from them. December, January and February = $ 59 are nothing compared to the thousands.
Does anyone know what I should do? you have received payments?

I also experienced the same thing. I've contacted them via email, and Quiz Group said it would send my payment after the March 16, but until now I never received my payment.
