Don't even think about networks yet, you don't have anywhere near enough views to get into one that won't screw you over in regards to payment or anything else for that matter.
According to Social Blade you are getting about 39 views per day. Once your average view count is up to around 85 you can apply to either Machinima, Creator X or RPM (the former is gaming though I think, the second two accept vlogs). Until then just focus on growing your channel and forget partnership
