Quick Graphic Work Needed!

I need just a quick youtube thumbnail donequick. It's done I just need it edited. Will pay in YTTalk cash, but if nice enough, you can do it for free. I will upload the thumbnail now and follow directions below. Give this to me in like less than an hour please?


- I'd like to remove all of the shading/color from the map (but retain the county names)
- Next I'd like to have all of the counties that are listed (have arrows to them) shaded grey, the arrows can be removed

Im no photoshop genius but i'll have a punt at it! I'll let you know how I get on
 
Some kid's pic.jpg I FINALLY DID IT, Im either really slow and bad at photoshop or that was a genuine pain in the a**.
I had to retype some of the name as it was necessary, sorry if this is an issue,
Any problems let me know!

Make the colors blank white, all the counties blank white sir, not grey.

Wait so do you want all the grey counties to stay grey and make everything else white?[DOUBLEPOST=1385172175][/DOUBLEPOST]is this what you wanted?

Bear in mind ther is a tad bit on colour on most of the names as I did have to re-colour the squares and some of the original colour stays on the letters...
They are also hard to ready on the white backgground, but I presume the aren't important anyways?

Right, so I assume this what you actually want

I cant really get rid of the colours around the words unless I completely retype them which is just tooo long.
But any other issues let me know.
