Question to partnered gamers about their Let's Plays

So I've been thinking of trying out Let's Plays, and I was wondering if I needed some kind of a permission to upload a Let's Play of a game and claim it?
How do you upload your gameplays without getting into trouble?
I am partnered with Fullscreen/CreatorX if that helps anything. I already messaged my manager about this as well, but in the meantime I thought I'd ask you guys.

Depends of what it is of and if the network needs a license for you to play it

Well game footage is copyrighted content so you only need to add a commentary to it to stay out of trouble XD

Not 100% true but this is the general idea sometimes larger corporations get really pissy about anyone (except for big timers, since they bring in the cash) doing LPs of certain games.
