Question regarding Microphones?

My question is regarding hidden microphones. Like a microphone the FBI would use that is hidden under their shirt. We film pranks and want to record from very far away but still get the volume. Is there any microphone that wirelessly connects to the camera so that the audio and video are automatically synced? Soo far we've been using a voice recorded and then syncing the two together when editing the video.

Or you can use the poor-mans solution. pocket microphone (iphone maybe or some other portable recorder). Snap your fingers in front of the mic at the same time you start recording with the camera. Easy sync point.
