Question about player

Hi, I've searched for an answer to this issue with no luck. If I'm going to find it anywhere, it's here. So here it goes:

Most of the time when I want to pause or unpause a video on youtube, I just click on the screen where the video is playing. Sometimes when I do this, instead of pausing/unpausing, the screen will maximize to full screen. I'd really like to set it so full screen can only be accessed by clicking on the full screen icon. Is there a way to do this?

Not that I know of, but mine only goes full screen if i double click... so maybe just click once?

I only click once. Maybe it's an issue with the browser or something
