Question about my latest video get strucken down by a supposed copyright holder

Hi there, my name is Michael. Also known as DellFan Productions on YouTube. I've seem to be curious about a guy named Francis Gerard Fay, who recently taken down my latest video with a copyright strike. Does anyone know who he is and what IPs or brands he has done since I'm not really sure who he is? 'm afraid of emailing him because he has successfully taken down my videos and he might have the power to take down my YouTube channel, which has about 500+ videos over the span of 2 and a half years. I suppose other people here might have to deal with the same problem, since it's apparent that supposed copyright holders can take down people's videos for no reason.
