question about making an outro....

MrSkerzzzz

I've Got It
I have a gaming channel and ever since i started making videos, ive had this cheap looking outro (you can watch a vid if you want to see what it looks like wink wink). Ive been wanting something better. something that has smaller videos playing and has my social networks that are associated with my channel somewhere on there with a spot where i can put "subscribe."
i was thinking about just making a pisture in Photoshop and forgetting about the small videos because all i have is photoshop at the moment. its an old version (CS2) so i cant do a lot of the things i would be able to with a newer version. i would put annotations over the words to link them to certain places.
can anyone tell me if there is a cheap or free video editing software out there that would let me make an outro like what i described?
thanks!

The ones with videos playing all they do is leave a blank area on their picture and then overlay a video onto it using their editing software. Photoshop is what most people use to card 'end cards'.

I consider my newest outro (Only in my past 5-6 videos. The others have cheap outros as well.) to be fairly well and more professionally made, and I only used MikuMikuDance in combination with an Amnesia Grunt model to make it. Fully 3D, smoke effects, yet non-intrusive. the entire package. :)

do you know any cheaper but good video editing software?

Cyberlink Powerdirector is the best video editor i've ever used. I also have used Corel Videostudio and a few others but those two are my favorites just because of the advanced features and easy to use interface. Also with Cyberlink you can get templates from their website to import into your player (not sure if other products beyond my scope of use do that though). Still Cyberlink is my personal favorite right now.
