Well I applied a couple times. They mainly look for an active community. They do require like a 250 sub minimum though. Well at least that is what they said. I mean if you have an actively growing fan base and stuff they may accept you before hand.

You need about double more subs and about 4,000 more views and for ur fanbase to remain active
Try contacting them again and in some cases it is advised to check your spam folder if you haven't already done so

You can get in try hard i had to try like 3 times to get into there network and what i also did is follow up with a email basically explaining my channel and all that good stuff so yeah try that
